In 2010

The company is located in the state-level Economic Development Zone -- Chengdu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone ( West) of the new base in use, accelerate the company's modern enterprise process.

The company MD-2 x 400 welder won the State Ministry of science and technology science and technology enterprises technological innovation fund.

Inverter arc welding machine company acquired Sichuan Provincial People's government issued the " Sichuan Province famous brand" title.

In 2009

Since it establishment, the company has completed the carding and adjustment of the enterprise culture system (Corporate vision, mission, core values, department ideas and etc.), which lays a solid foundation for the third strategic reform.

The main engineering of the new factory area of the company located in Chengdu High-tech West Area of the National Economic Development Zone has been compleed.

NB-350 semi-automatic welding machine of our company is the designated machine in the finals of the 3^rd National Staff Occupational Skill Contest.

Approved by the Bureau of Petroleum Pipeline, Xionggu MPS welding machine has been listed in the preferred purchase brands at home and has been used in batches.

In 2008

The company won the honorary title of “the Enterprise with Harmonious Labor Relations” and “the Workers’ Pioneer” granted by Chengdu Municipal Government and Chengdu Federation of Trade Unions and etc.

The project “the Industrialization of Semi-automatic Welding Equipment of Pipeline MPS Based on the Application of IGBT” declared by our company passed assessment and was set as a special project.

In 2007

DSA-500（P）inverter digital MIG/MAG semi-automatic welding machine was successfully developed. The welding machine can meet the process requirements for backing of welding wires with metal-powdered core used in X80 steel at Line 2 in the transmission of natural gas from western area to East China.

NB-350 and WS5-400 welding machines were designated as the special welding machines used in the welding contest of China Engineering Construction System.

In 2006

Xionggu NB series CO₂ semi-automatic welding machine was designated as the welding machine used in the welders’ finals of the 2^nd National Staff Occupational Skill Contest.

Xionggu NB-500 and WS5-400 welding machines were designated as the special welding machines in the All-System Staff’s Skill “Xionggu Cup” Technical Star Contest held by Changhang Group.

DSA-500 inverter digital MIG/MAG semi-automatic welding machines won the special support for key science & technology projects in Qingyang District, Chengdu;

MG series multi-functional welding machine driven by petrol engine was listed in the financial assistance project for patent transformation in Qingyang District, Chengdu.

In 2005

Digital multi-functional welding machine was successfully developed, and the products of the company were completely digitalized.

The company obtained the official approval document about “Enterprises of National Encouraged Industry Projects” issued by Sichuan Economy Commission

(Sichuan Economy Industry Letter [2005] No.99), it was entitled to the preferential policy of the Development of West China

The upgraded product of D7 series welding machine, MPS series pipeline semi-automatic welding machine appeared in the market.

In 2003

It was settled in the High-tech Development Zone Jiaolong Industrial Harbor in Qingyang District, Chengdu, and won the title of “High-tech enterprise in Chengdu”.

In 2002

Xionggu ZX7-400ST welding machine was designated as the machine used in the welders’ finals of the 1^st National Staff Occupational Skill Contest.

In 2001

D7 series pipeline semi-automatic welding machine was successfully developed, which filled the gap at home, substituted imported product, obtained the financial assistance of innovation funds given by the Ministry of Science and Technology as special project, and won the title of national key new product.  

In 2000

It was changed to Chengdu Xionggu Electrical Industrial Co., Ltd., and took the lead in introducing semi-automatic welding machine special for petroleum natural gas pipeline welding.

In 1994

The joint-stock enterprise Chengdu Xionggu Electric Welding Machine Factory was established through restructuring.

In 1992

The predecessor of Xionggu, Chengdu West Electric Welding Machine Factory was established.
